Workout Wednesday: 30 Minutes Full Body Workout to Burn Calories!

Today I have another great workout for you that only takes 30 minutes including a warm-up and cool-down.

It's from PopSugar Fitness.
I've really grown to love these videos over the summer.
I used to be a huge fan of Jillian Michaels, but they took her videos off of YouTube, so now I'm Team Anna!

It starts with a 10 minute warm up to stretch and get your muscles moving.
Then, you do three circuits.
Each circuit has three moves and you do each of them twice.
You go through the circuit once and then repeat it and move on to the next circuit.
You end with 2-3 minutes of stretching.

I love that you don't get too bored with these moves because you are moving on to the next move before you have time to get bored, and then you get to come back to it again for the second time around in case you were struggling with it or didn't get to master it on the first time around.

My favorite circuit is the second one.
I love the V-ups and side to side jumps!

When you're done, you will be wringing wet and feeling good!
Try it out!

10 Minutes Pilates Butt Workout

Are you looking for a quick yet powerful butt workout?
If so, I've got the workout for you.

One Friday evening I came home not feeling very well.
I caught a beginning of the year cold.
I wanted to workout, but I didn't want to do a cardio workout as I was struggling breathing.

I started off by doing an arm workout, and then I really wanted to do some sort of butt workout, so I scoured YouTube and found this one.

10 Minutes Pilates Butt Workout

It is 10 minutes, but holy moly will you be counting down the seconds.
Hayden Panettiere's Pilates instructor, Heather Dorak, led the workout.
You do simple moves for thirty seconds, first on one leg and then the other, but wow! does it give you a workout.
My butt and legs were shaking and screaming STOP!

20 Minute Flat Belly and Toned Arms Workout

Here's a great 20 minute workout for your arms and abs.
I had 25 minutes to workout before my pie would be done, so I headed to the basement to get in a quick workout.
I hadn't done arms for a while, so I browsed for a new arm workout and ended up loving this one.

One thing I love so much about PopSugar Fitness is that they show modifications, so if they think it's too hard, they will show you an easier version.
This is a great way from deterring people who think they just aren't strong enough from quitting.

This workout has three sets with three moves that you do two reps of.
I didn't feel like I was dying in the end, but my shirt was sweaty, and I needed a drink.
I felt like it targeted my abs a lot and am interested in seeing just how sore my arms are tomorrow.

Tuesday Training: PopSugar Videos Under 20 Minutes

It's been a while since I linked up with Allie from A Gal Named Al.
On Tuesday she shares different training videos and tips for working out.
I admire Allie so much because she says that she doesn't love running yet each year she trains for a local 5k.
I really admire someone who doesn't love doing something yet they train and do it anyway.
The rest of the year she does various workout videos to help stay in shape.
While I love working out and enjoy it most days.
I applaud those who don't love it but keep at it!

On Sunday I was going to do my regular Jillian Michaels workout video, but I was dreading it.
When I turned on the TV and went to YouTube the normal recommended videos popped up.
I decided to forgo my regular video and try a new one.

I opted for one video, but as you will read only did half of it, so then I found another short one.
Both are by PopSugar Fitness.

20 Minute Bikini HIIT Workout

This was the first recommended video.
It pulled me in by being only 20 minutes long, which is the same as my normal video.
I loved the enthusiasm of the instructor.
In addition, there's a timer at the top right of the screen.
I love being able to see how much time is remaining!

There are 5 moves in this video and they are repeated again and again and again.
Each set they are amped up or modified a bit.
My problem is I don't like doing the same thing over and over and over again.
I did two rounds, which was 10 minutes and decided to find another video.

I thought the moves we beneficial and really loved adding in the jumps because that's not something I do a lot of.
If you enjoy doing the same moves over again, try this out!
Or try half of it like I did and move on to the next video!

5 Minutes Standing Flat Belly Workout

After doing half of the above workout I wanted a little something else to add on.
This video caught me by being only 5 minutes long!

No equipment is required.
You do each move for 30 seconds.
The moves can be simplified for those wishing for a little easier workout or modified to make them a bit harder.
It was just what I was looking for to end out my 15 minutes workout session before church.
