Simple and Easy Peanut Butter Pie

My mom doesn't love baking, but she makes a killer peanut butter pie.
It's simple and easy and she says that it's foolproof.

I don't even have to write the recipe down.
I have some notes scratched on a sheet of paper, but you wouldn't even need that because I don't think you can fail this pie as long as you remember the couple of ingredients that it needs!
I love to make this peanut butter pie if I need a quick dessert and haven't planned ahead.

What You'll Need:
1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 C. Powdered Sugar
1/2 C. Peanut Butter
1 Package Instant Vanilla Pudding (make according to directions on box)
1 Container Cool Whip

Blend the powdered sugar and peanut butter together in a bowl.
I like to use a pastry blender or fork.
Mix them together until they become crumbly.
Pour 3/4 of the mixture into the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
Make the vanilla pudding.
We have a simple shaker cup where I add 2 cups of milk and the pudding mixture and it's ready in 2 minutes of shaking.
Pour the pudding over the peanut butter and powdered sugar mixture.
Top with cool whip.
(You don't really need the whole container.)
Sprinkle the remaining peanut butter and powdered sugar mixture on top.

There you have it...
My mom's yummy, simple and easy peanut butter pie!
It takes about 5 minutes to eat and everyone always loves it!
Enjoy!

  1. Yum! And I can totally make this for Robert since there's no chocolate, although I bet crushed Reeses would be awesome on top! Thanks for sharing!
